Abstract

Atomic and magnetic structures of Fe/Cr superlattices have been studied by means of polarized neutron reflectometry, X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy and Mössbauer spectroscopy. Peculiarities of structure responsible for the formation of non-collinear magnetic order have been found.
