Isomer shift reference scales

The relative ismoer shift values of materials commonly used as source and 
absorber standards for 17 common Mössbauer transitions have been 
evaluated. This data allows the comparison of isomer shifts among various 
laboratories despite the difference in standards used as zero velocity 
standards.
